It’s tough to find anyone in the industry offering just-in-time delivery for repeat parts that require both milling and turning operations, but we figured it out when we took the leap of faith to shore up two heavy hitting turn-mill machines (Mazak Integrex 200 and Nakamura NTRX300), each providing two turning spindles and one milling spindle with 5-axis milling capability.

Rather than shuffling parts from mills to lathes or repeating lengthy set-ups for repeat jobs, we can offer just-in-time deliveries by knocking it out in true “Single-Op” fashion, with even more efficiency than the 5-axis machines. In so doing, we are able to flush through inspection/QA faster with a complete part, rather than inspecting when changing setups operation by operation (which is open to errors and yield issues).

For your repeat parts, we can hold the tools for your job in our 120-tool magazine per machine. After a single setup, we are cutting chips within a couple of hours of receiving and prepping material. Because of this, we deliver a huge benefit: low quantity orders are not as expensive for our customers.
